Cindy Jill Shortt (“Cindy Jill Shortt,” “I,” “me,” or “my”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how I collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you visit www.cindyjillshortt.com (the “Site”), purchase products, sign up for communications, or otherwise interact with me through the Site.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to:

  • Other websites I link to, including www.thebeyoubook.com and www.collaborationovercontradiction.org, which may have their own privacy practices.
  • Any clinical, counseling, or therapeutic services I may provide under a separate professional agreement. Those services are governed by separate privacy notices and applicable health privacy laws, not this Policy.

The Site is intended for adults. Although I write and sell a children’s book, the Site itself is directed to parents, caregivers, educators, and other adults, not to children. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided me with personal information, please contact me and I will take steps to delete it.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. The Site does not currently respond to these signals because no common industry standard has been adopted.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When I do, I will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
